全程护理干预对降低呼吸衰竭并发症发生率的效果

目的探讨全程护理干预对呼吸衰竭并发症发生率的影响。方法选择本院收治的88例呼吸系统疾病患者，随机分为观察组44例和对照组44例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上，给予全程护理干预，对比两组的呼吸衰竭发生率、血气分析及肺功能相关指标、依从性。结果观察组的呼吸衰竭发生率为6．82％，明显低于对照组的27．27％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组护理后的血气分析和肺功能相关指标改善均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的依从性明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论全程护理干预能有效降低呼吸系统疾病患者呼吸衰竭的发生率，促进患者呼吸功能恢复，改善患者预后，值得临床推广应用。

The effect of whole nursing intervention to reduce the incidence rate of complication of respiratory failure

Objective To discuss the influence of whole nursing intervention on the incidence rate of complication of respiratory failure. Methods 88 cases of patients with respiratory system diseases in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group with 44 cases and control group with 44 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care and the observation group received whole nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The incidence rate of respiratory failure,related index of blood gas analysis and pulmonary function,compliance in two groups was compared respectively. Results The incidence rate of respiratory failure in observation group was 6.82%,significantly lower than that in control group （27.27%）,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Related index of blood gas analysis and pulmonary function in observation group after nursing was better than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Compliance in observation group was better than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The whole nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence rate of respiratory failure who had the respiratory system disease patients and promote the recovery and the prognosis of patients with respiratory function,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
