基于健康教育的综合护理干预对泌尿外科术后康复的影响研究

目的：评价基于健康教育的综合护理干预措施对泌尿外科术后康复的影响。方法选取2012年4月~2013年5月在本院泌尿科择期行外科手术治疗的患者118例，采用随机数字表分为综合干预组（n=59例）和常规组（n=59例），常规组患者采取泌尿外科常规普通护理方法，综合干预组在常规组基础上采取基于健康教育的综合护理干预，采用视觉模拟评分法对患者术后6、12、24、72 h疼痛情况进行评估，记录两组患者术后住院时间和并发症情况，调查两组患者对护理过程的满意度。结果术后12、24、72 h，综合干预组患者术后疼痛评分均高于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；综合干预组患者术后住院时间短于常规组（P＜0.05），术后不良反应发生率远低于常规组（P＜0.05）；综合干预组患者对护理过程的满意度为96.6%，显著高于对照组的84.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论基于健康教育的综合护理干预措施可以有效减少患者术后疼痛程度，减少术后不良反应发生率，有效促进患者术后康复，提高患者对护理过程的满意度。

Study of influence of comprehensive nursing intervention based on health education on postoperative rehabilitation in urinary surgery department

Objective To evaluate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention based on health education on the postoperative rehabilitation in the urinary surgery departments. Methods 118 patients who received selective surgi-cal treatment in the Department of Urinary Surgery of our hospital from April 2012 to May 2013 were selected and di-vided into the comprehensive intervention group （n=59） and the conventional group （n=59） by the random number table. The conventional group used the conventional nursing method of the department of urinary surgery and the comprehen-sive intervention group used the comprehensive nursing intervention based on health education on the basis of the con-ventional group.The visual analog scale method （VAS method） was used to evaluate the patients’postoperative 6,12,24,72 hours pain situation.The postoperative hospitalization time and complications of the two groups were recorded.The pa-tient satisfaction of the two groups was investigated. Results 12 hours,24 hours and 72 hours after the surgery,the com-prehensive intervention group had higher postoperative pain scores than the conventional group,with statistically signifi-cant differences （P〈0.05）.The comprehensive intervention group had shorter hospitalization time than the conventional group （P〈0.05） and far lower incidence of postoperative adverse reactions than the conventional group （P〈0.05）.The pa-tient satisfaction to nursing of the comprehensive intervention group was 96.6%,which was significantly higher than the 84.7% of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures based on health education can effectively reduce the patients’ postoperative pain degree, reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions,effectively promote the patients’ postoperative rehabilitation and im-prove the patient satisfaction to nursing.
