专项整治前后会阴侧切术抗菌药物用药情况的调查分析

目的：评价开展抗菌药物专项整治活动对本院会阴侧切术患者抗菌药物合理应用的作用。方法回顾性分析本院开展抗菌药物专项整治前（2010年10~12月）、后（2013年10~12月）会阴侧切术患者的临床资料和抗菌药物应用情况。结果本院经过抗菌药物专项整治后，会阴侧切术患者的抗菌药物应用率由整治前的51.0%下降至整治后的25.2%；以预防用药为目的抗菌药物使用率由整治前的48.6%下降至整治后的22.6%；单药应用率由整治前的50.4%下降至整治后的25.0%；非限制使用类抗菌药物所占比例由50.6%降至24.2%（P＜0.05）；限制使用类抗菌药物所占比例由0.4%升至1.0%；二联用药率由整治前的0.6%下降至整治后的0.2%（P＞0.05）。结论抗菌药物专项整治对本院会阴侧切术患者合理应用抗菌药物有明显促进作用，会阴侧切术抗菌药物使用率呈明显下降趋势，促进了临床合理用药。

Survey and analysis of antibacterials drug use for lateral episiotomy before and after special rectification

Objective To evaluate the role of developing special rectification activity for rational use of antibacterials in patients with lateral episiotomy in our hospital. Methods The clinical data of patients with lateral episiotomy before （from October to December 2010） and after （from October to December 2013） developing special rectification of an-tibacterials in our hospital and the application of antibacterials were retrospectively studied. Results The utilization rate of antibacterials decreased from 51.0% before special rectification to 25.2% after special rectification in our hospital, antimicrobial use rate for the purpose of preventive medicine decreased from 48.6% before special rectification to 22.6%,the single drug application rate decreased from 50.4%before rectification to 25.0%,the proportion of unrestricted use of antibiotics decreased from 50.6%to 24.2%（P〈0.05）,the proportion of the restriction use of antibacterial drugs in-creased from 0.4%to 1.0%,two drug rate decreased from 0.6%to 0.2% （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Antibacterial special rec-tification promotes obviously reasonable application of antibacterials in patients with lateral episiotomy of our hospital and lateral episiotomy antibacterial drug utilization rate is significantly decreased to promote clinical rational drug use.
