抑郁症患者血清CRP、BDNF及微量元素变化的研究

目的研究和分析抑郁症患者血清CRP、BDNF及微量元素的变化状态。方法选取2011年9月～2013年10月本院收治的65例抑郁症患者为观察组，并以同期的65例同龄健康者为对照组，将两组的血清CRP、BDNF及微量元素水平进行检测与比较，同时比较不同汉密尔顿抑郁量表评估结果者的检测水平。结果观察组的血清CRP、Fe及Cu均高于对照组，血清BDNF、Zn及Mg均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。重度抑郁患者的血清CRP、Fe及Cu均高于轻度及中度抑郁患者，血清BDNF、Zn及Mg均低于轻度及中度抑郁患者；中度抑郁患者的血清CRP、Fe及Cu均高于轻度抑郁患者，血清BDNF、Zn及Mg均低于轻度抑郁患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论抑郁症患者的血清CRP、BDNF及微量元素均呈现异常状态，且不同严重程度者间存在显著差异。

Study on the change of serum CRP,BDNF and trace elements of patients with depression

Objective To study and analyze the change of serum CRP,BDNF and trace elements of patients with depression. Methods 65 cases of patients with depression in our hospital from September 2011 to October 2013 were selected as observation group,and 65 healthy persons with the same age were selected as control group.The serum CRP, BDNF and trace elements levels of two groups was detected and compared respectively,then the detection levels of patients with different evaluation results of Hamilton depression rating scale was compared respectively. Results The serum CRP,Fe and Cu of observation group was higher than that of control group respectively,serum BDNF,Zn and Mg of observation group was lower than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The serum CRP,Fe and Cu of patients with severe depression was higher than that of patients with mild and moderate respectively, serum BDNF,Zn and Mg of patients with severe depression was lower than that of patients with mild and moderate respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The serum CRP,Fe and Cu of patients with moderate depression was higher than that of patients with mild respectively,serum BDNF,Zn and Mg of patients with moderate depression was lower than that of patients with mild respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum CRP,BDNF and trace elements of patients with depression show abnormal state,and the detection levels of patients with different severity of depression have significant difference.
