儿童支原体肺炎急性期血清心肌酶谱改变的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨儿童支原体肺炎急性期血清心肌酶谱变化及其临床意义。方法选取2012年8月~2013年8月本院诊治的180例支原体肺炎急性期患儿为观察组,以同期40例健康体检儿童作为对照组,分析心肌酶检测结果及其临床意义;并将观察组中122例心肌酶谱异常的患儿根椐临床症状分为轻症组、重症组.分析心肌酶水平变化情况。结果观察组的CK—MB、LDH、CK、α—HBDH及AST水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。重症组的CK-MB、LDH、CK、α-HBDH及AST水平均高于轻症组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。心肌酶谱高患儿恢复期组与对照组的心肌酶谱比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论支原体肺炎急性期患儿存在不同程度的心肌损伤,血清心肌酶CK—MB能特异性反映心肌损伤,并指导进一步治疗。

Clinical analysis of serum myocardial enzyme change in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia during the acute period

Abstract:Objective To study the change and clinical significance of serum myocardial enzyme in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia during the acute period. Methods The 180 children of patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia during the acute period and 40 health examination children in our hospital during the period from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected as observation group and control group respectively,and clinical significance of myocardial enzyme test results were analysed.122 cases of myocardial enzyme children in observation group were divided into mild group and severe group according to clinical symptom,the change of myocardial enzyme level was analysed. Results CK-MB, LDH,CK,α-HBDH,AST in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).CK-MB,LDH,CK,α-HBDH,AST in severe group was higher than that in mild group respectively,with statistical difference (P〈0.05).Myocardial enzymes in recovery group of children with high myocardial enzyme and control group was compared respectively,with no statistical difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children with acute myocardial damage of different level,serum CK-MB could specifically reflect myocardial damage and to guide further treatment.
