| 摘 要： | 本文对近年来频发的医疗机构网络舆情事件回顾分析，医疗机构和医务人员公信力受到严重影响，恶化医患关系，甚至引发社会群体事件；社会转型期矛盾、网络技术特征、医患双方行为不当及医疗机构舆情应对不力是引发涉医舆情爆发的主要原因；必须深化改革，完善医保体制建设，加强涉医网络舆情应对体系建设，提高涉医舆情应对能力。

| Abstract: | Reviewing the events network public opinion of medical institutions in the recent years, Medical related network public opinion does not only intensify the doctor- patient conflicts, but also seriously affected the normal work of medical institutions, which has become an important factor of social disharmony; We can discover the reasons of network public opinion hot events about medical institutions from the contradictions of the society in transition, the network of social environment, the relationship between medical institutions and patients and inade- quate to deal with public opinion. Must deepen reform, improve the medical insurance system, and strengthening the network of public opinion involving the medical response system construction, improve public opinion involving the medical response capabilities. |
