积极护理干预在前置胎盘患者中的应用效果

目的：探讨积极护理干预在前置胎盘患者中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的76例前置胎盘患者随机分为研究组与对照组，两组患者均给予常规妇产科专科护理，研究组在此基础上给予积极的护理干预，对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果研究组孕妇产前出血量、产后出血量均比对照组少，新生儿体重、Apgar评分均比对照组高，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；研究组中出现产褥感染与新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的例数均明显少于对照组，而研究组患者的满意度明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义。结论积极护理干预可以明显提高前期胎盘患者的临床治疗效果，减轻产妇的生理痛苦和心理负担，同时改善新生儿的健康状况。

Application effect of positive nursing intervention in patients with placenta previa

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of positive nursing intervention in patients with placenta previa. Methods 76 patients with placenta previa in our hospital were divided into the control group,treated by general obstet-rics and gynecology specialist care and the study group,treated by positive nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The prenatal bleeding and postpartum hemorrhage volume of study group were less than that of the control group.The birth weight and apgar scores were higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.The puerperal infection and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in the study group were significantly less than the number of control group,while the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Active nursing intervention can significantly improve clinical outcomes in pa-tients with early placenta,reducing maternal physical pain and psychological burden,while improving the health of new-borns.
