心理干预对心绞痛型冠心病患者的影响分析

目的探讨分析心理干预对心绞痛型冠心病患者的影响。方法抽取本院2013年5月收治的100例心绞痛型冠心病患者，随机分为干预组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组进行心脏病的相关基础治疗，干预组在对照组基础上同时进行心理干预。比较两组的临床疗效及SDS、SAS评分。结果临床症状改善：干预组的总有效率为96％，高于对照组的74％（P〈0．05）；心电图检测结果：干预组的总有效率为90％，高于对照组的74％（P〈0．05）：两组干预前后的SDS、SAS评分差异有统计学意义，两组干预后的SDS、SAS评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对伴发的抑郁、焦虑的心绞痛型冠心病患者进行相关心理干预，在改善抑郁、焦虑的同时．可明显提高对心血管疾病的整体疗效。

Analysis of impact of psychological intervention on patients with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris

Objective To discuss and analyze impact of psychological intervention on patients with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris admitted into our hospital in May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group （n=50） and the control group （n= 50）. In the control group,the related basic treatment for cardiac disease was provided, while in the intervention group,on the basis of the control group,psychological intervention was added.The clinical curative effect,and the SDS,SAS score in the two groups were compared. Results The improvement of clinical symptorris：the total effective rate in the intervention group （96%） was higher than that in the control group （74%） （P〈0.05）;ECG detection results：the total effective rate in the intervention group （90%） was higher than that in the control group （74%） （P〈0.05）;there was a statistical difference of the SDS,SAS score in the two groups before and after intervention,and there was a statistical difference of the SDS,SAS score between the intervention group and the control group after intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention carried out in patients with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris who combining with depression,anxiety can improve depression,anxiety,and at the same time,can significantly improve the overall effect on cardiovascular diseases.
