甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果观察

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年2月～2014年2月收治的78例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各39例。对照组采用胰岛素皮下注射进行治疗，实验组应用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组治疗后的HbA1c、2hPG、FPG水平均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05）；实验组治疗后的HbA1c水平显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），两组治疗后的2hPG、FPG水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。实验组的总有效率为97．4％，显著高于对照组的79．5％（P〈0．05）。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病能有效维持血糖稳定性，降低胰岛素用量，减少低血糖的发生，是一种较为理想的治疗方案，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide treating type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide treating type 2 diabetes. Methods 78 patients with type 2 diabetic treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into the the experimental group （n=39） and the control group （n=39） according to the different treatment methods.The control group was treated with insulin by subcutaneous injection,the experimental group was treated with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the level of HbAlc,2hPG,FPG were decreased significantly compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）;the level of HbAlc in the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;and there was no statistical difference of the level of 2 hPG,FPG in the two groups after treatment（P〉0.05）.The total effective rate in the experiment group （97.4%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （79.5%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide treating type 2 diabetes can effectively maintain the stability of blood glucose,reduce insulin dosage,reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia,and it is an ideal treatment, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
