我院抗菌药物应用与细菌耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:分析本院抗菌药物应用情况和细菌耐药性相关性,研究抗菌药物用药频度(DDDs)和细菌耐药性之间的关系,为临床应用抗菌药物提出合理化建议。方法对2010~2013年12种抗菌药物年用量和医院常见病原菌对这些药物的耐药性进行统计学分析,分析DDDs与细菌耐药性之间的相关性。结果2010~2013年12种抗菌药物的DDDs呈波动状况,细菌耐药率逐年上升;DDDs排名前列的药物,细菌耐药性较高。结论抗菌药物不合理应用会加速细菌耐药性的发生,合理规范地应用和管理抗菌药物可以延缓耐药菌的产生,对临床治疗有重要意义。

The application of antimicrobial drugs and analysis of bacterial resistance in our hospital

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application of antimicrobial drugs and analysis of bacterial resistance in our hos-pital,and research the relationship between the antimicrobial drugs DDDs and bacterial resistance,so as to make ratio-nalization proposals for clinical use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods 12 kinds of antibacterial drugs’ annual consump-tion from 2010 to 2013 and resistance of common pathogens to these drug was statistically analyzed,and the correlation between DDDs and bacterial resistance was analyzed. Results The DDDs of 12 kinds of antibacterial drugs from 2010 to 2013 were in fluctuating state,and bacterial resistance rate increased year by year;the higher the rank of DDDs in antimicrobial drugs,the higher the bacterial resistance. Conclusion Unreasonable use of antimicrobial drugs will accel-erate the production of bacterial resistance.Reasonably standardized application and management of antimicrobial drugs can delay the produce of resistant,is of great significance to the clinical treatment.
