2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变的相关危险因素分析

目的：分析2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变的相关危险因素。方法以本院2012年8月~2014年2月收治的206例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，其中观察组62例合并视网膜病变，未合并视网膜病变的144例作为对照组，比较分析两组的年龄、病程、体质指数、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿素氮、血脂和血压等。结果单因素分析提示，年龄、病程、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿素氮是该病的相关性因素；Logistic多因素分析提示，病程、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿素氮是该病的独立危险因素。结论病程、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿素氮是2型糖尿病视网膜病变的主要危险因素。

Relevant risk factors analysis of retinopathy in patients with type 2 dia-betes mellitus

Objective To analyze relevant risk factors of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 206 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from August 2012 to February 2014 were selected as research objects, among them,there were 62 cases of the observation group with retinopathy,144 cases having no retinopathy were selected as the control group,and age,course of the disease,body masse,fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin, urine microalbumin,urea nitrogen,blood fat,blood pressure and so on of the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results Mono-factor analysis showed that age,course of the disease,fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin, urine microalbumin,urea nitrogen were relevant factors of this disease,Logistic regression multi-factor analysis showed that course of the disease,glycosylated hemoglobin,urine microalbumin,urea nitrogen were independent risk factors. Conclusion Course of the disease,glycosylated hemoglobin,urine microalbumin,urea nitrogen were main risk factors of type 2 diabetic retinopathy.
