前列腺良恶性疾病诊断中超声弹性成像技术的应用进展

近年来，随着超声诊断技术的推广应用，各种疾病的诊出率不断升高。超声弹性成像技术作为一种新型成像技术，主要通过超声技术获取组织弹性信息，该诊断技术可间接或直接反映组织内部弹性等力学属性差异，进而为疾病诊断提供病变部位及病变性质等方面的信息。随着超声诊断的推广应用，超声弹性成像技术备受关注，但是很少有文献针对其在前列腺良恶性病变中的诊断价值进行探讨。本研究着重分析总结了超声弹性成像技术在前列腺良恶性病变诊断中的应用原理与应用价值。

Analysis of the application progress of ultrasound elasticity imaging techniques in the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostatic disease

In recent years,with the popularization and application of ultrasonic diagnosis technology,diagnosed rate of various of diseases is rising.As a new imaging technology,ultrasound elasticity imaging technology mainly uses ultrason- ic technology to get tissue elasticity information,the diagnostic technique can directly or indirectly reflect the mechanics property difference such as organization＇s internal elasticity and so on to provide the information of lesion and lesion nature and so on for disease diagnosis.With the popularization and application of ultrasonic diagnosis, ultrasound elasticity imaging technology has attracted much attention,but there are few literatures about the diagnostic value of ultrasound elasticity imaging technology in benign and malignant prostatic disease.This study emphatically analyzed the application principle and value of ultrasound elasticity imaging techniques in the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostatic disease.
