优质护理应用于胃癌晚期患者疼痛的临床效果分析

目的研究优质护理在胃癌晚期疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法以本院收治的160例胃癌晚期疼痛患者为观察对象，随机分为两组，对照组80例患者接受常规护理，实验组80例在常规护理的基础上实行优质护理。1周后，比较两组患者的疼痛与心理变化情况。结果对照组中，42例（52．5％）为轻微疼痛，20例（25．0％）为中度疼痛，18例（22．5％）为重度疼痛；实验组中，67例（83．8％）为轻微疼痛，12例（15．0％）为中度疼痛，1例（1.2％）为重度疼痛，两组的疼痛改善情况差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组患者护理前的SAS评分为（45．23±3．25）分，护理后为（40．41±4．52）分，实验组护理前的SAS评分为（44．34±4．37）分，护理后为（36．34±5．64）分，两组护理后的SAS评分分别与护理前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组护理后的SAS评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论优质护理在胃癌晚期疼痛疼痛患者中的临床应用效果好，有助于减轻患者的疼痛，改善与稳定其心理状态，值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Clinical effect analysis of high quality nursing in the pain of patients with advanced gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing in the pain of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods 160 patients with advanced gastric cancer with pain admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects,and they were randomly divided into the two groups,there were 80 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing and the experimental group received high quality nursing on the basis of the routine nursing.The pain and psychological changes were compared between the two groups after one week. Results In the control group,there were 42 cases （52.5%） with mild pain,20 cases （25.0%） with moderate pain,18 cases （22.5%） with severe pain;in the experimental group,there were 67 cases （83.8%） with mild pain,12 cases （15.0%） with moderate pain and 1 case （1.3%） with severe pain,and there was a statistical difference of pain improvement in the two groups （P〈0.05）.As for the control group,the SAS score before nursing was （45.23±3.25） points,that after nursing was （40.41±4.52） points, as for the experimental group,the SAS score before nursing was （44.34±4.37） points,that after nursing was （36.34±5.64） points,and the SAS score after nursing in the two group was respectively compared with before nursing,and there was a statistical difference,and there was a statistical difference of the SAS score after nursing in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing has good clinical effect on the pain of patients with advanced gastric cancer,which can not only relieve the pain of patients,but also can improve and stabilize the psychological state of patients.Therefore, high quality nursing should be widely used in clinical nursing.
