预见性护理对胃癌化疗患者PICC留置时间的影响

目的：评估预见性护理措施对延长胃癌化疗患者PICC置管留置时间的效果。方法将在本科住院胃癌化疗并接受PICC置管的72例患者，按实施护理措施不同分为干预组38例，分别于置管前、置管时及置管后给予预见性护理；对照组34例给予常规护理。比较两组患者PICC留置时间，分析导致PICC拔管的并发症，比较两组并发症的发生率。结果干预组患者PICC留置时间较对照组显著延长（P＜0.05）。导致PICC拔管的主要并发症为血栓形成、感染、静脉炎、导管漏液及导管脱出，干预组并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论预见性护理措施能显著减少并发症，明显延长胃癌化疗患者PICC置管的留置时间，值得临床推广。

Effect of the duration of peripherally inserted central catheter to foresee-able nursing intervention on the chemotherapy for gastric carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the effect of the duration of peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） to foresee-able nursing （FN） intervention on the chemotherapy for gastric carcinoma. Methods 72 gastric carcinoma patients re-ceiving the chemotherapy in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different nursing measures,interven-tion group in 38 cases received FN at the pre-PICC,peri-PICC and post-PICC and control group in 34 cases received conventional nursing.The indwelling time were compared between two groups.The compliances induced to PICC extu-bation were analyzed,and the occurrences of compliances were compared between two groups. Results The indwelling time of intervention group were higher than control group （P〈0.05）.The main compliances induced to PICC extubation were thrombosis,infection,peripheral phlebitis,leakage and catheter extubation,The occurrences of compliances of inter-vention group were lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The foreseeable nursing intervention cAN reduce the occurrences of compliances and prolong the indwelling time of PICC on the chemotherapy for gastric carcinoma,which Is worth to be in general use in clinic therapy.
