国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床观察

目的探讨国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法选择2013年5月。2014年3月本院治疗的156例于阴道炎患者进行研究，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各78例。观察组采用国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗，6d为1个疗程。对照组用达克宁栓治疗，7d为1个疗程。比较两组的总有效率及复发率。结果观察组疗效总有效率为97．44％，复发率为3．85％，对照组为88．46％、15．38％，观察组总有效率高于对照组，复发率低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论用国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的效果显著，能显著提高临床治疗总有效率，降低疾病复发率，安全性高，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of domestic Nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of vaginitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of domestic Nifuratel nystafin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods 156 cases with vaginitis were selected from May 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,there were 78 patients in each group.The observation group was given domestic nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules therapy,six days were a course of treatment.The control group was given miconazole suppository treatment,seven days were a course of treatment.The total efficiency and the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%,the recurrence rate was 3.85%,the control group was 88.46%,15.38%,the total efficiency of the observation group were higher than the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Domestic nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of vaginitis has significant effect,can significantly improve the total efficiency of clinical treatment,reduce the recurrence rate,it is safe,and can be clinical used.
