加味二仙汤治疗更年期综合征不寐症156例

目的]观察加味二仙汤治疗更年期综合征的不寐症临床疗效。方法]将294例随机分为两组,治疗组156例用加味二仙汤治疗,对照组138例口服地西泮治疗。结果]总有效率治疗组91.03%,对照组83.33%,两组近期疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。随访3月,复发率治疗组为15.28%,对照组为45.83%,两组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论]加味二仙汤治疗更年期综合征的不寐症有较满意疗效。
