产科健康管理对产褥期母婴健康的影响

目的研究产科健康管理对产褥期母婴健康的影响。方法抽取该院2018年1-12月收治的产妇200例为研究对象,依据入院的先后顺序分为对照组(2018年1-6月,实施产科常规管理)和研究组(2018年7-12月,实施产科健康管理),比较两组产妇母婴健康状况及产妇产褥期的子宫入盆时间、恶露持续时间。结果研究组产妇产褥期子宫入盆时间、恶露持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇及新生儿的健康状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科健康管理应用于产妇中,能够缩短产妇产褥期的子宫入盆时间及恶露持续时间,提高产妇及新生儿的健康状况,值得推广应用。

Effect of Obstetric Health Management on Maternal and Infant Health during Puerperium

Objective To study the effect of obstetric health management on maternal and infant health during puerperium.Methods 200 cases of maternal patients admitted in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research object. According to the order of admission, they were divided into control group(from January to June 2018, routine obstetric management) and research group(from July to December 2018, obstetric health management was implemented).The maternal and infant health status, the uterine pelvic time, and the duration of lochia during the puerperium period were compared between the two groups. Results The uterine pelvic time and lochia duration in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The maternal and newborn health status of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of obstetric health management in women can shorten the uterine pelvic time and lochia duration during the puerperium and improve the health status of women and newborns.
