消毒供应室的质量控制与医院感染控制的研究

目的对消毒供应室的质量控制与医院感染控制的关系进行分析探讨。方法以该院供应室2016年1月-2017年6月的600个器械包作为对照组,实施常规质量控制,以2017年7月-2019年1月的600个器械包作为观察组,在常规质量控制的基础上加用品管圈管理,对比两组管理质量、医院感染发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组洗涤管理、回收管理、包装质量及供应情况评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组医院感染发生率为0.33%,明显低于对照组的3.67%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。结论对消毒供应室质量控制过程中加强品管圈管理,可有效提高消毒质量,降低医院感染发生率,值得临床应用推广。

Research on the Quality Control of the Disinfection Supply Room and Hospital Infection Control

Objective To analyze the relationship between quality control of disinfection supply room and hospital infection control. Methods A total of 600 device packages from January 2016 to June 2017 in the supply room of the hospital were used as the control group, and routine quality control was implemented. The 600 device packages from July 2017 to January2019 were used as observation group. On the basis of quality control, the management of supplies was added, and the management quality, incidence of hospital infection, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of washing management, recycling management, packaging quality and supply of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was0.33%, which was significantly lower than the control group’s 3.67%(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than the 78.00% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the quality control circle in the quality control process of the disinfection supply room can effectively improve the quality of disinfection and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections, which is worthy of clinical application promotion.
