“互联网+”模式下的医联体建设初探

随着医疗保障制度改革和医药卫生制度改革的不断深化,通过建立医联体,取消药品加成,实现分级诊疗等措施,给公立医院的内外部环境带来了巨大的变化。如何让患者对就近的基层医疗结构产生信任,如何在社区实现对慢性病、常见病的治疗,仍需要相当长的一段时间。该文通过探讨"互联网+"模式下的医联体建设,提出了完善医联体的管理模式和优化诊疗流程的措施,借此来充分利用公共医疗资源。

Probe into the Construction of Medical Union under the "Internet +" Mode

With the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical security system and the reform of the medical and health system, through the establishment of medical consortia, the elimination of drug additions, and the realization of grading diagnosis and treatment, the internal and external environment of public hospitals has brought great changes. There is still a long way how to make patients trust in the nearby primary medical structure and how to achieve treatment of chronic and common diseases in the community. This paper discusses the construction of medical associations under the "Internet+" mode, and proposes measures to improve the management mode of medical associations and optimize the diagnosis and treatment process, so as to make full use of public medical resources.
