基于影像微信公众平台的PBL教学法在医学影像专业实践技能教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨基于影像微信公众平台的PBL教学法在医学影像专业实践技能教学中的应用。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院2014、2015、2016级医学影像学100名本科生作为研究对象。将100名实习生分为研究组与对照组,实验组(影像微信平台PBL教学组)50人,采用基于影像微信公众平台的PBL教学法;对照组(传统教学组)50人,对照组学生接受传统授课模式教学,比较两组学生的理论考试成绩、实践阅片考试成绩及教学满意度测评。结果考试测验结果显示,研究组学生医学影像学理论考试、实践阅片考试及教学满意度测评明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于影像微信公众平台的PBL教学法不仅提高学生的理论成绩,还明显提高了学生的综合实践能力及教学满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching method based on the image WeChat public platform in the practical skills teaching of medical imaging specialty. Methods A total of 100 undergraduates from 2014, 2015 and2016 in Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research objects. The 100 interns were divided into a research group and a control group, an experimental group(the image WeChat platform PBL teaching group) of 50 people, using the image WeChat public platform PBL teaching method;a control group(traditional teaching group) of 50 people, the control group students Accept traditional teaching mode, compare the theoretical test scores, practical reading test scores, and teaching satisfaction assessment of the two groups of students. Results The test results showed that the medical imaging theory test,practical reading test, and teaching satisfaction evaluation of the students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching method based on the image WeChat public platform not only improves students’ theoretical results, but also significantly improves their comprehensive practical ability and teaching satisfaction.
