风险管理对血液科护理安全的影响

目的分析血液科护理工作期间实行风险管理对安全的影响。方法此次选择2018年1月-2019年4月该院血液科收治患者80例为研究对象,根据患者入院先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,对照组辅以常规护理干预,观察组辅以风险管理护理干预,评估并比较两组患者护理质量及满意度评分,记录并计算各组患者发生不良事件的概率。结果观察组服务规范评分(47.59±2.11)分、服务态度评分(47.81±1.35)分、工作效率评分(48.02±1.13)分、患者满意度评分(9.04±0.06)分均明显高于对照组(t=14.02、15.98、18.44、9.35,P<0.05)。另外观察组患者发生不良事件的概率较对照组相比更低(P<0.05)。结论血液科护理工作期间开展风险管理有助于提高护理质量,降低不良事件发生概率,值得临床应用推广。

Impact of Risk Management on Safety of Hematology Nursing

Objective To analyze the impact of risk management on safety during nursing work in hematology department.Methods From January 2018 to April 2019, 80 patients admitted to the hospital’s hematology department were selected as the research objects. According to the order of patients’ admission, they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was supplemented with routine nursing intervention and the observation group was supplemented with risk management nursing intervention, evaluating and comparing the quality of care and satisfaction scores of the two groups of patients, recording and calculating the probability of adverse events in each group of patients. Results The service standard score(47.59±2.11)points, service attitude score(47.81±1.35)points, work efficiency score(48.02±1.13)points, and patient satisfaction score(9.04±0.06)points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=14.02, 15.98, 18.44, 9.35, P<0.05). In addition, the probability of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The risk management during the nursing work of hematology department is helpful to improve the quality of care and reduce the probability of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical application promotion.
