[ABSTRACT] The authors reviewed the standardization work of state standard of skill and manipulation standard of acupuncture and moxibustion the 11th part electroacupuncture ,analysis of the main structure of the standard and the basis of content development, and discussion of important viewpoints and problems in the process of writing the standard. the standard is considered a scientific, practical state standards and report to the State Standardization Administration Committee for approval and has been enacted Issue now .the work of the writing of the standard summed up the experience for standard preparation work of Traditional Chinese Medicine and provides ideas to prepare and respond to key issues in treatment.
