穴贴定喘膏对过敏性哮喘豚鼠IL3、IL5和IgE的影响

目的　探讨穴贴定喘膏治疗过敏性哮喘模型豚鼠的作用机理。方法　用10%卵蛋白液给豚鼠致敏,2周后再用1%的该溶液雾化吸入,以诱发豚鼠哮喘,然后将发作的哮喘豚鼠随机分为模型组、先声咳喘宁组 (7.5ml·kg^-1)、穴贴定喘膏组(1g·kg^-1、3g·kg^-1),同期另设一正常组。先声咳喘宁组豚鼠灌胃给药,穴贴定喘膏组豚鼠经皮给药。每日给药1次,连续7日。其间在给药1h后,诱发哮喘1次。1周后取豚鼠血清,测定IL₃、IL<

Effect of Xuetie Dingchuang Plaster on the Levels of IL3, IL5 and IgE in Guina Pigs with Allergic Asthma

Objective To investigate the antiasthmatic mechanisms of Xuetie Dingchuang Plaster in guina pigs with allergic asthma. Method The guina pigs were sensitized with a 10% albumin solution, and 2 weeks later a further 1% of this solution was atomized and inhaled to induce asthma. Then the qualified guina pigs were randomly divided into 3 gropus:model, kechuanning(7.5 ml·kg^-1, ig ), Xuetie and Dingchuang Plaster(1 g·kg^-1,3 g·kg^-1, transdermal). Besides a normal group was added at the same time. All interventions were adminestered once a day for 7 days and 1 h after the adminestration asthma was induced by albumin solution. The serum levels of IL₃,IL₅ and IgE were measured at the end of the experiment.Result Xuetie Dingchuang Plaster signifivantly decreased the levels of serum IL₃,IL₅, and IgE compared with the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion The role of Xuetie Dingchuang plaster on antiasthma is possibly related to its effect of decreasing serum levels of IL₃,IL₅ and IgE.
