| 摘 要： | 目的病案首页是医疗信息的综合反映,是医疗统计最基本的数据来源。提高病案首页填写质量直接关系到临床科室、医疗指标和医疗统计数据的准确性。因此,对新上岗的住院医师进行岗前培训,规范填写,提高住院医师的临床实践能力。

| Abstract: | Objective The front sheet of medical records reflects comprehensively medical information, which is also the most basic data source of the medical statistics. Improvement on writing quality of front sheet of medical records directly affects the accuracy of clinical departments, health indicators and health statistical data. Therefore, pre-job training and standardize filling should be conducted on newly qualified physicians with enhancement of clinical practice abilities of physicians. |
