小肠癌组织中E—cadherin和E—selectin的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:了解小肠癌中E-cadherin、E-selectin的表达与其分化程度、浸润、转移之间的关系,为小肠癌预后的判定探索新的方法。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法对77例小肠癌标本中E-cadherin、E-selectin的表达进行检测。结果:正常的小肠组织中均有E-cadherin表达,小肠癌中阳性率为40.26%。E-selectin在小肠癌中的阳性率为51.95%。E-cadherin、E-selectin的表达及E-selectin的表达强度与小肠癌的分化程度、浸润、转移密切相关、但与小肠癌发生的部位无关。E-cadherin阳性患者的术后5年生存率明显高于阴性患者,E-selectin阳性患者的5年生存率明显降低。表明E-cadherin表达减弱和缺失或E-selectin表达增强均可使小肠癌易发生浸润、转移,预后较差。结论:小肠癌E-cadherin、E-selectin表达的改变与其分化程度、浸润、转移密切相关。检测E-cadherin、E-selectin的表达对判断小肠癌患者的预后有重要价值。

Expressions of E-cadherin and E-selectin in Small Intestinal Carcinoma and its Clinical Significance

Abstract:Objective: Our aims were to study the relationship between the expressions of E cadherin, E selectin and the differentiation, infiltration, and metastasis in small intestinal carcinoma, so as to find a new method to determine the prognosis.Methods: The expressions of E cadherin and E selectin were detected in 77 samples of small intestinal carcinoma by using S P immunohistochemistry method.Results: E cadherin expressed in normal small intestine tissue, while the expression rate was 40.26% in small intestinal carcinoma. The expression rate of E selectin in small intestinal carcinoma was 51.95%. The expressions of E cadherin, E selectin and the intensity of E selectin expression were closely related with the differentiation, infiltration, and metastasis in small intestinal carcinoma, but not related with the initial site of the carcinoma. The five year survival rate was significantly higher in patients with E cadherin positive expression than those with negative expression, while it was significantly low in patients with E selectin positive expression. Less or no expression of E cadherin or overexpression of E selectin could promote the infiltration and metastasis of the tumor. Conclusion: Changes in the expression of E cadherin and E selectin were closely related with the differentiation, infiltration, and metastasis in small intestinal carcinoma. The detection of E cadherin and E selectin expressions was of significant value in determining the prognosis in patients with small intestinal carcinoma.
