腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗胃癌的比较研究

目的：通过比较同期开展的腹腔镜胃癌根治术与传统开腹胃癌根治术,评价腹腔镜胃癌根治术的效果,以期为腹腔镜胃癌手术的进一步开展提供参考依据。方法：选取2008年9月—2010年6月接受手术的178例胃癌患者为研究对象,其中106例采用传统开腹胃癌根治术（传统开腹组）,72例患者接受腹腔镜胃癌根治术（腹腔镜手术组）。腹腔镜手术组与传统开腹组在性别、年龄、肿瘤位置、病理类型和TNM分期差异无统计学意义。结果：2组在手术时间、出血量、胃肠道恢复时间、术后首次进食流质时间和术后住院时间差异有统计学意义。结论：腹腔镜胃癌手术较传统胃癌手术具备了切口小、出血量小,胃肠道恢复时间短、术后住院时间缩短等优势。

Comparative study of laparoscopic gastrectomy and open gastrectomy for gastric cancer

Objective：To compare therapeutic effects between laparoscopic gastrectomy and open gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods：One hundred and seventy-eight patients with gastric cancer between september 2008 to June 2010 were enrolled into the study,which 106 patients received laparoscopic gastrectomy and 72 patients received open gastrectomy.The laparoscopic gastrectomy group and open gastrectomy group with different gender,age,tumor location,pathology,and TNM staging were not significantly different.Results：The operation time,bleeding,gastrointestinal recovery time,the first time of taking diet afteroperation,postoperative hospital stay between two groups were significantly different.Conclusion：Laparoscopic gastrectomy for gastric cancer is a safe,feasible procedure,which achieves the same cancer clearance as open surgery and leads to quick postoperative recover.
