| 摘 要： | 心肌挫伤最常见于钝性胸部创伤后,心脏能量代谢变化是心肌挫伤病程发展中的一个重要影响因素。优化心肌能量代谢是治疗心肌挫伤的心肌保护及改善预后的重要途径。现就目前心脏能量代谢和常用于治疗心肌挫伤的药物1,6-二磷酸果糖的研究和进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | s: Myocardial contusion is the most common occurrence secondary to blunt chest trauma, in which the changes in myocardial energy metabolism play a critical role. The optimization of cardiomyocytic energy metabolism is an important cardioprotective regimen for the improvement of prognosis. The paper reviews the current studies and advances of cardiac energy metabolism and fructose-1,6-diphosphate commonly used for the treatment of myocardial contusion. |
