阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的费用-效果分析

目的:比较阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎两种治疗方案的经济效果。方法:79例支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为两组,分别给予阿奇霉素与红霉素进行治疗,用费用-效果分析方法进行评价。结果:阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的有效率E分别是98%和95%(P>0.05),显效率分别是76％和53％(P<0.05),不良反应发生率分别是7％和39％(P<0.01)。阿奇霉素组的费用 C=459.94元,C/E=4.73;红霉素组的费用C=796.72元,C/E=8.54;△C/△E=-103.26。结论:阿奇霉素组的费用-效果比值优于红霉素组。

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Azithromycin and Erythromycin in Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

Objective: To compare the therapeutic effects between azithromycin and erythromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia in children and evaluate the economic effectiveness in the two pharmaco-therapeutic schemes for patients with mycopllasma pneumonia in children. Methods: 79 patients with myconplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups, one group received azithromycin and the other received erythromycin. The pharmacoeconomic evaluation was conduct by cost-effectiveness analysis. Results:Among two groups, the effective rates of azithromycin and erythromycin were 98% and 95% , respectively(P>0.05), the marked effective rates were 76 % and 53 % , respectively( P < 0.01). The expenditures of azithromycin and erythromycin was 459. 94% yuan and 796.72 yuan, respectively. Conclusion: The cost-effectiveness of azithromycin was superior to that of erythromycin.
