套筒冠义齿在修复上下颌多数牙齿缺失患者中的应用

目的:观察上下颌多数牙齿缺失患者戴用套筒冠义齿后的修复疗效。方法:在患者戴牙后第三个月,通过问卷调查表了解患者对义齿的满意度以及咀嚼功能变化,观察套筒冠义齿修复的疗效。结果:80%以上的患者对所戴用的义齿表示满意;90%以上的患者咀嚼功能变好;60%以上的患者修复前后饮食结构有变化。结论:套筒冠义齿能够较好的恢复多数牙齿缺失患者的咀嚼、美观及发音功能。

Clinical effect of telescopic crown denture for most tooth defect disease

Objective:This paper was designed to observe the recovery effects of telescopic crown denture used in patients with most tooth defect disease.Methods:Telescopic crown denture was used to treat 10 patients with most tooth defect disease,both jaws and the restoration were studied by questionnaires 3 months later.Results:the results from questionnaire showed that more than 80% of the patients were satisfied with their telescopic dentures;more than 90% of the patients thought their masticatory function had been recovered;more than 60% of the patients believed there had changes of food structure after restoration;all the patients wore their dentures everyday and formed a good habit of cleaning them.Conclusion:The telescopic crown denture is effective in restoring most tooth defect disease.
