| 摘 要： | 目的:初步探讨芦荟的质量差异。方法:按照中国药典方法对样品进行理化鉴别及含量测定;用建立的HPLC法测定了样品中芦荟苷的含量。结果:6份芦荟中有2份不符合药典规定;芦荟药材平均回收率为99.49%,RSD为1.26%(n=5)。结论:药材的外观与内在质量有一定的相关性;HPLC法测定芦荟苷单一成分,方法简便、准确、灵敏,专属性强,可用于芦荟和制剂中芦荟苷的含量检测。

| Abstract: | Object:To preliminarily study the quality of Aloe.Methods:The samples were identified and determined according to the method of The Chinese Pharmacopoeia.A HPLC method for the determination of aloin in aloe was established and applied.Results:Two samples did not conform to the standard.The average recovery of aloin was 99.49%(RSD=1.3%,n=5)in aloe.Conclusion:The quality of aloe is relative to its exterior.The HPLC method is simple,accurate,sensitive,and specific,and can be used for the quality control of aloe. |
