半边莲加醋湿热外敷预防甘露醇所致静脉炎的效果观察

目的：探讨半边莲加醋湿热外敷预防甘露醇所致静脉炎的效果。方法：采用随机数字表法，将80例用留置针输注20%甘露醇的患者分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予留置针常规护理。观察组在对照组的基础上，在输注甘露醇前30min和输注后1h给予半边莲加醋湿热外敷。观察两组患者静脉炎发生情况和留置针使用时间。结果：观察组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组（T=4.00，P<0.05），留置针使用时间明显长于对照组，差异显著。结论：半边莲加醋湿热外敷能有效预防甘露醇所致静脉炎的发生，延长留置针使用时间，减轻患者经济负担和痛苦。

Observation of Lobelia add vinegar to prevent phlebitis caused by mannitol effect

Objective:To investigate the Lobelia vinegar heat external application to prevent phlebitis caused by mannitol effect. Method:Randomly, 80 patients with indwelling needle infusion of 20% mannitol were divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 cases. The control group was given routine nursing care of indwelling needle. The observation group in the control group, given Lobelia vinegar wet compress in mannitol infusion for 30 min before and 1 hours after infusion. Two groups were observed in patients with phlebitis and indwelling time. Results:In the observation group, phlebitis incidence was significantly lower than the control group (T=4.00,P<0.05), needle retention time was longer than that in the control group, two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion:Lobelia and wrong heat application can effectively prevent the occurrence of phlebitis caused by mannitol, delay time of indwelling needle, reduce the economic burden of the patients and pain.
