中西医结合治疗缺血性心脏病的临床效果

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗缺血性心脏病的疗效。方法：选择86例缺血性心脏病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组43例。治疗组行中西医结合治疗，给予复方丹参滴丸和单硝酸异山梨酯口服治疗；对照组单行西药治疗，给予单硝酸异山梨酯口服治疗；观察两组患者在治疗前后的心绞痛发生频率以及持续时间，比较疗效。结果：治疗后患者的临床症状有明显改善，治疗组的心绞痛发生频率以及持续时间明显优于对照组；治疗组的总有效率为90.69%，对照组为65.12%，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗缺血性心脏病疗效显著，值得在临床推广。

Clinical study on the treatment of ischemic heart disease with combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective: To study the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ischemic heart disease. Methods: 86 cases of ischemic heart disease were randomly divided into the research group and the control group, 43 cases in each group.Treatment of Western medicine combined with research group, Danshen Pill and isosorbide mononitrate orally; the control group a single western medicine treatment, given isosorbide mononitrate orally; observes two group of patient occurrence frequency and duration of angina pectoris before and after treatment, curative effect after treatment. Results: the clinical symptoms of the patients improved significantly after treatment, the study group angina frequency and duration was significantly better than the control group;treatment group the total effective rate was 90.69%, total effective rate of the control group was 65.12%%, the curative effect of research group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of ischemic heart disease curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, is worthy to be popularized in clinical treatment.
