10%复方甘油注射液联合地塞米松治疗脑出血后脑水肿临床研究

目的：探讨10%复方甘油注射液（Glyerol Infusion，GI）联合地塞米松（dexamethasone，DXM）治疗脑出血（cerebral hemorrhage， CH）后脑水肿的临床疗效。方法：选择2013年1月～2015年1月我院收治的100例CH后脑水肿患者作观察对象，按治疗方案分成两组。观察组给予10%GI联合DXM及常规治疗；对照组仅常规治疗。对比两组疗效以及不良反应。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，病残率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组神经缺失度显著小于治疗前及对照组治疗后水平，差异均具有统计学意义（均P<0.05）；观察组有1例患者因GI滴速过快出现血尿，停药2d后症状消失。结论：10%GI联合DXM治疗CH后脑水肿疗效显著，不良反应少，值得临床推广。

Clinical study on brain edema 10% compound glycerin injection combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

Results after treatment, the observation group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group, the sick rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); Observation group neurologic deficit was much less than before and the control group after treatment level, differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); Observation group 1 patients with GI drop too quickly appear blood in the urine, stopped 2 symptoms disappear in the future. Conclusion 10% GI joint DXM CH afterbrain edema with obvious therapeutic effect, and less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical promotion.
