| 摘 要： | 多年来食管癌常规放疗的临床效果一直未见提高。三维适形放疗和调强放疗作为新兴技术,具有精确定位、精确计划、精确治疗的优点,改善了肿瘤靶区的剂量分布,减少靶区周围正常器官和组织的照射剂量,为食管癌治疗提供了新的研究方向。本文就食管癌三维适形和调强放疗的定位、靶区勾画以及治疗计划评估进行综述。
