小儿喘息性疾病与巨细胞病毒抗体关系研究

目的了解小儿喘息性疾病与巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染之间有无相关性。方法对194例小儿喘息性疾病的住院患儿在发作期间采用固相酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测呼吸道合胞病毒-Ag、MP-DNA、CMV-IgM和痰CMV-DNA。结果单项CMV-IgM阳性率为34.02%,其中93.94%的患者痰CMV-DNA亦阳性,与对照组CMV-IgM阳性率为5.49%相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.94,P<0.01)。结论 CMV是引起本地区小儿喘息性疾病的病原微生物之一,防治CMV感染对控制小儿喘息性疾病的发病率有一定意义。

The Study of the Relation of the Asthmatic Disease in Children with Cytomegalovirus Infection

Objective To explore the association of the asthmatic disease in children with cytomegalovirus infection.Methods RSV-Ag,MP-DNA,CMV-IgM,and sputum CMV-DNA among 194 hospitalized children were detected by solid-phase enzyme linked immunosorbent assay during the asthma attack.Results The individual CMV-IgM positive rate was 34.02%,93.94% of them had positive sputum CMV-DNA.The CMV-IgM positive rate of asthmatic patients was significant higher than that of the control term(34.03% vs 5.49%,χ2=26.94,P<0.01).Conclusion Cytomegalovirus was one of the pathogenic microorganisms that caused the asthmatic disease in children.It is important to prevention of the cytomegalovirus infection than control the asthmatic disease.
