| 摘 要： | 目的:比较阿立哌唑与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法:对126例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组和氯丙嗪组,用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)进行评定。结果:阿立哌唑组患者治疗后生活质量有所提高,而氯丙嗪组生活质量有所下降。结论:阿立哌唑治疗有利于提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the influence between aripiprazole and chlorpromazine on quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.
