| 摘 要： | 目的探讨粘连性肠梗阻的临床诊治方法。方法回顾性分析我科2007年1月～2009年3月收治的36例粘连性肠梗阻患者的病历资料。结果36例中非手术治疗有效24例;手术12例,其中术后肠瘘1例,切口感染伴裂开3例,再发粘连性肠梗阻2例。结论粘连性肠梗阻经非手术治疗无效或有恶化趋势者应及时手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of adhesive ileus.MethodsThe clinical information of thirty-six patients with adhesive ileus was retrospectively analyzed.ResultsOf 36 cases,24 cases were effective with conservative treatment,12 cases were treated with operation.After the treatment,one case had intestinal fistula,three cases had incision infection and split,two cases recurred adhesive ileus.ConclusionPatients with adhesive ileus should be treated with operation timely as conservative ... |
