| 摘 要： | 目的 观察复方竹节参片对类风湿性关节炎（RA）的血液流变学的影响。方法 对50例RA病人随机分为复方竹节参片治疗组（30例）和Wang痹冲剂对照组（20例），各组治疗2个月后测定全血粘度，血浆粘度等指标。结果 50例RA病人的血液流变学指标均值均高于正常值（50例），复方竹节参片能改善全血粘度，血沉红细胞压积，K值，还原粘度，与治疗前和Wang痹冲剂比较分别P＜0．05和P＜0．01。结论 复方竹节参片能改善微循环，降低红细胞聚集性，提高红细胞变形能力，具有活血化瘀作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Compound Panax Japonicus on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) blood rheology. Method 50 cases of RA patients were randomly divided into Compound Panax Japonicus group (30 cases) and Wang -bi group(20 cases) and received treatment for 2 months, then whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity indices were measured. Result RA index of 50 cases were larger than normal index, Compound Panax Japonicus improved whole blood viscosity; blood sedimentation; hematocrit; k value and reduced viscosity, compared with those before treatment(P <0. 05) and Wang -bi( P <0. 01). Conclusion Compound Panax Japonicus can improve microcirculation and erythrocyte distortion while decrease hemo agglutination and has an effect of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis. |
