正交试验法优选宣肺清颗粒剂的提取工艺

摘    要:目的筛选和优化宣肺清颗粒剂提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法,以水醇两组提取物中有效成分黄芩苷提取率和水饱和正丁醇提取物为指标,确定提取参数。结果确定黄芩和金银花组水提工艺为6倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5h;川贝、桔梗醇提组工艺为4倍量75%乙醇,提取3次,每次2h。结论宣肺清颗粒剂提取工艺科学,可行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To filter and optimize extractive technology of Xuanfeiqing granules.METHODS The optimization extractive technology of Xuanfeiqing granules was investigated using orthogonal design with the availability component extracting from the drug as the index.RESULTS The optimal condition for the extraction of Radix Scutellariae and Flos Lonicerae was 6 folds amount of water,3 times,1.5 hours each time.the optimal condition for the extraction of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae and Radix Platycodi was 4 folds amount of 75% alcohol,3 times,two hours each time.CONCLUSION The optimized extractive technology is scientific and efficient.
