糖尿病合并高血压患者凝血四项结果分析

目的探讨凝血四项指标的变化在糖尿病合并高血压患者中的意义。方法用STA-Compact型全自动血凝仪和日立7170A全自动生化分析仪检测糖尿病患者和正常人血浆中凝血酶时间(TP)、部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、凝血酶时间(TT)及空腹血糖水平。结果血压正常的糖尿病患者与正常对照组凝血四项指标PT、APTT水平较正常对照组下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05),Fg水平较正常对照组显著升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01),TT水平与正常对照组接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖尿病伴高血压患者与正常对照组凝血四项PT、APTT均较正常对照组显著下降,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),Fg水平较正常对照组显著升高,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者体内常常存在高凝状态,糖尿病合并高血压患者高凝状态更为显著,通过监测凝血四项水平有助于干预和治疗糖尿病合并高血压。

Study of the four indicators of result in blood coagulation in diabetic patients with hypertension

Objective To study the four indicators of changes in blood coagulation in diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods plasma prothrombin time(PT),part of thrombin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fg),Thrombin time(TT) and fasting blood sugar levels were tested in patients with diabetes and normal contral groupsby STA-Compact Automatic coagulometer and Hitachi 7170 A automatic biochemical analyzer.Results PT and APTT were decreased in diabetic patients with normal blood pressure compared with normal contral groups(P<0.05),No statistical difference in TT between diabetic patients with normal blood pressure groups and contral groups.PT,APTT were shortened in diabetic patients with hypertension compared with normal contral groups(P<0.01).Fbg concentration was increased among diabetic patients with normal blood pressure,patients with hypertension and normal contral groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Mostly patients with diabetes exist hypercoagulable state,diabetes patients with hypertension hypercoagulable state were even more significant.Four indicators of blood coagulation appear to play a major role in finding the abnormal chages of diabetic aptients with hypertension.
