| 摘 要： | 神经组织工程运用于中枢神经损伤与疾病治疗,用以恢复病变或损伤的中枢神经系统的解剖结构与功能,神经支架材料发挥支撑与营养作用。对神经组织工程中支架材料的研究现状进行综述,并提出面临的问题及今后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | The nerve tissue engineering (NTE) has been applied in the treatment of central nerve system injury or disease to restore its anatomic structure and function, in which the nervous scaffolds played important roles in supporting and nourishing the nerve tissues. Development, challenge confronted and foreground of research on scaffolds material in the nerve tissue engineering are reviewed in this article. |
