矿区企业食堂实施食品卫生量化分级管理效果分析

目的了解实施食品卫生量化分级管理对矿区企业食堂卫生状况改善的成效，为卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法通过卫生许可审查、经常性卫生监督检查、风险性分级，对企业食堂实施量化分级管理前后的卫生状况进行比较，量化评价。结果实施食品卫生量化分级管理后较“实施前”在卫生管理方面、卫生基础设施投入、食品加工制作、高度风险性分级方面均有明显改善。结论实施食品卫生量化分级管理对改善企业食堂卫生整体面貌具有明显成效；有少数食堂对量化分级管理缺乏热情，应进一步加强卫生监督管理。

Effect of the Implementation of Quantitative Classification Management System on Food Hygiene in the Enterprise Canteens of the Mining Areas

[ Objective] To learn the effect of the implementation of quantitative classification management system in the improvement of the sanitary status in the enterprise canteens of the mining area, and provide scientific evidence for the sanitary supervision management. [ Methods] Through hygienic certification inspection, routine sanitary supervision and risk classification, comparison was made on the sanitary status in the enterprise canteens before and after the implementation of quantitative classification management system. [ Results] Significant improvement had been made after the implementation of the quantitative classification management system in the aspects of sanitary management, infrastructure investment, food processing and high risk classification. [ Conclusion] The implementation of quantitative classification management system is prove to have significant effect on the improvement of the sanitary status in the enterprise canteens ; a small number of canteens still lack enthusiasm for the quantitative classification management, further sanitary supervision should be enhanced.
