精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征的相关因素分析

目的]了解住院精神分裂症患者中代谢综合征发生率及其相关因素.方法]对广州市精神病医院住院6个月或以上的精神分裂症患者记录一般人口学资料、病史、服药情况,测量其体重、身高、腹围,测定血糖、血脂及血压指标.对其伴发代谢综合征发生率及其相关因素进行分析.结果]住院精神分裂症患者伴代谢综合征发生率为36.8%,女性发生率（50.7%）较男性（29.3%）高（χ2=18.21,P＜0.01）.女性患者糖脂代谢异常的比例较男性高.Logistic回归显示性别因素与代谢综合征的发生有关（P＜0.01）.结论]在长期住院的精神分裂症患者中,女性患者伴代谢综合征发生率较高,需加以关注.

Analysis of the Related Factors of the Prevalence of Metabolic Syndrome in Schizophrenia Patients

Objective]To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in schizophrenia inpatients and its relative factors. Methods] All subjects were inpatients diagnosed with schizophrenia in Guangzhou Psychiatry Hospital for more than 6 months. Demographic information, case history and medication condition were recorded. The weight, height, abdominal circumference, blood glucose and blood lipid were measured. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in schizophrenia and its relative factors were analyzed. Results] The preva lence of metabolic syndrome in schizophrenia was 36.8% and it was higher in female patients than that in male patients（50.7% vs 29.3%,X2=18.21, P〈0.01）. The prevalence of glucose and lipid metabolism ab normality was higher in female patients than that in male patients. Logistic regression analysis showed that the gender was related with the incidence of metabolic syndrome（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion]Metabolic syndrome occurs in long term schizophrenia inpatients, especially in female patients. It should be paid attention.
