阑尾炎手术患者抗菌药物使用分析

摘    要:目的分析目前阑尾炎手术患者抗菌药物的临床使用情况,根据用药指导判断合理用药情况。方法收无锡市第三人民医院2009年全年阑尾炎手术患者住院病历104份,回顾性调查统计分析抗菌药物的使用及其合理性。结果全部患者都使用了抗菌药物,共计6类19种。其中17例单独用药,占总数的16.35%;87例联合用药,占总数的83.65%。抗菌药物使用合理或基本合理计有84例,占80.77%,不合理计有20例,占19.23%。结论目前仍需加强阑尾炎手术期合理用药监督,进一步规范阑尾炎手术期抗菌药物的合理应用。

Abstract:Objective Analysis of patients with appendicitis present clinical use of antibiotics,according to administration guidance to determine the situation of rational drug use.Methods Wuxi City in Jiangsu Province to collect the third People’s hospitals throughout the year in 2009 the medical records of 104 patients were hospitalized,a retrospective statistical analysis to investigate the use of antimicrobial agents and their rationality.Results All patients had used antimicrobial agents,for a total of 19 kinds of category 6.17 cases in which medication alone,accounting for 16.35% of the total number;87 cases combined,accounting for 83.65% of the total number.Antimicrobial agents or the use of reasonable reasonable include 84 cases,accounting for 80.77 percent,including 20 cases of unreasonable,accounting for 19.23%.Conclusion The current period need to be strengthened appendicitis surgery rational drug use monitoring,to further standardize the appendicitis operation period of the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
