| 摘 要： | 目的 观察局郎热疗联合胸腔灌注顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效及毒副反应.方法 42例恶性胸腔积液随机分为两组,治疗组21例给予局部热疗联合胸腔灌注顺铂治疗;对照组21例仪给予胸腔灌注顺铂治疗.结果 治疗组有效率较对照组明显提高(P<0.05).两组毒副反应均较少.结论 局部热疗联合胸腔灌注顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液近期疗效较...

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect and toxicity of local thermotherapy combined with intrathoracic infusion by cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion(MPE). Methods All the 42 patients with MPE were randomly divided into two groups.Twenty one patients in the treatment group were treated with local thermotherapy combined with intrathoracic infusion by cisplatin,21 patients in the control group were treated with intrathoracic infusion by cisplatin. Results The response rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the two groups,the toxicities were less. Conclusions Local thermotherapy combined with intrathoracic infusion by cisplatin is effective in the treatment of patients with MPE.The toxicities are slight. |
