摘    要:目的:建立黄姜中呋甾皂苷含量的测定方法.方法:采用E试剂比色法,以黄姜素A为对照品,用对二甲氨基苯甲醛-HCL乙醇液的发色体系,测定波长:518 nm.结果:标准曲线在0.100-0.518 mg范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.2%,RSD%为0.66%(n=6).结论:此法操作简便快速、准确,可作为评价黄姜质...

Abstract:Objective:To establish an Ehrlich reaction-colorimetry method for determining furostanol saponins in saponins extract from Rhizoma Hunag Jiang(Dioscorea zingiberensis).Methods:Huangjiangsu-A was measured as reference in the determination.Base on the coloration reaction between furostanol saponins and p-dimetylaminobenzaldehyde,a colorimetry method was established to determine the content of furostanol saponins in saponins extract from Rhizoma Hunag Jiang(Dioscorea zingiberensis) at 518 nm.Results:The standard curve of saponins Huangjiangsu-A showed good linearity in the range of 0.100-0.518 mg and the average recovery was 97.2%,RSD=0.66%(n=6).Conclusion:This methods is rapid,accurate and easy to be carried out,and it can be used to control the quality of Rhizoma Hunag Jiang(Dioscorea zingiberensis).
