| 摘 要： | [目的] 观察原发性高血压（EH）患者和健康人血清脂肪细胞因子apelin-13和脂联素（APN）水平及两者之间的相关性.[方法] 选取EH患者32例和健康人32例,用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组血清apelin-13和APN水平.[结果] ①EH患者血清apelin-13和APN浓度显著低于健康对照组[（17.61±6.52）pg/mL vs （29.58±15.19）pg/mL （197.55±54.48）μg/L vs （248.29±35.32）μg/L,均（P〈0.01）] ②经多元线性回归分析显示,EH患者血清apelin-13与收缩压呈显著负相关（r=-4.616,P〈0.01）,与APN呈正相关（r=2.480,P〈0.05）.[结论] EH患者血清apelin-13水平降低,并与APN呈正相关. |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the relationship between serum apelin 13 and adiponectin（APN） levels in patients with essential hypertension（EH）. [Methods] Serum apelinq3 and APN levels in 32 EH patients and 32 healthy controls were determined by enzyme linked immune sorbent assay. [Results] Serum concentration of apelin-13 and APN in EH patients were significantly lower than those in the healthy eontrols[（17.61±6.52）pg/mL vs （29.58±15.19）pg/mL, （197.55±54.48）μg/L vs （248.29±35.32）μg/L]（allP〈0.01）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that serum concentration of apelin 13 was negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure of EH patients （r =-4. 616, P〈0.01 ）, and positively correlated with APN （r=2. 480, P d0.05）. [Conclusion] Serum apelin-13 concentration in EH patients is decreased and positively correlates with adiponectin. |
