移植肾功能延迟恢复病因分析及治疗

目的]总结临床中降低移植肾功能延迟恢复（DGF）发生率的方法及有效治疗手段.方法]回顾分析1999～2006、2007～2010两个时间段间79例DGF病例的可能病因,比较两个时间段预防措施及治疗效果.结果]388例肾移植因各种可能病因共发生79例DGF,1999～2006年发生率24.3%,2007～2010年发生率14.4%.2007～2010年与1999～2006年比较DGF发生率明显下降.发生DGF患者围手术期死亡12人,病死率15.2%.65例DGF患者移植肾功能恢复正常.结论]通过DGF病因分析、积极采取预防措施,能有效降低DGF发生率.

Etiological Analysis and Treatment of Delayed Graft Function after Kidney Transplantation

Objective]To summarize the clinical method of reducing the incidence rate of delayed graft function（DGF） after kidney transplantation and the practical and effective treatment. Methods] The possible causes of 79 DGF patients in two periods of 1999-2006 and 2007-2010 were analyzed retrospectively. The preventive measures and therapeutic effect were compared between two periods. Results] Among 388 renal transplantation patients, 79 patients occurred DGF. The incidence of DGF during 1999-2006 was 24.3%, and that during 2007-2010 was 14.4%. Compared with 1999~2006, the incidence of DFG during 2007- 2010 decreased significantly. Twelve patients with DGF died in perioperative period, and the mortality rate was 15.20/00. Sixty five patients with DGF had the recovery of normal renal function. Conclusion] The etiological analysis of DGF and active preventive measures can effectively reduce the incidence of DGF.
