| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅内囊性病变的临床诊断。方法回顾性分析经病理检查证实的颅内囊性病变的临床症状体征、CT和MRI检查结果,并结合既往文献资料,总结出颅内囊性病变的特点。结果除蛛网膜囊肿和脑脓肿外,多形性胶质母细胞瘤、脑转移癌、原始神经外胚层肿瘤、脑膜瘤、神经鞘瘤和室管膜瘤等肿瘤都有部分存在不同程度的囊变,且具有一定的影像学特征。结论颅内囊性病变病理性质较复杂,需结合病史、症状体征、影像学检查和实验室检查,以明确诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective study on the clinical diagnosis of intracranial cystic diseases.Methods The intracranial diseases were all diagnosed by pathological examination.Retrospective analysis of the clinical symptoms and signs,the results of CT or MRI.And refer to the literature.Thus,the characteristics of the intracranial diseases are revealed.Results Just like arachnoid cysts and cerebral abscess,glioblastoma multiforme,metastatic carcinoma,primary neural epidermal tumor,meningioma,neurinoma and ependymoma all have some cystic lesions.And these cystic tumors have their own radiological characteristics respectively.Conclusion The pathological property of intracranial cystic diseases is complicated.The clinical diagnosis based on medical history,symptoms and signs,radiological inspection and laboratory examination is recommended. |
