茵泽驱脂丸提取、浓缩、干燥工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:优选茵泽驱脂丸的提取、浓缩、干燥工艺.方法:提取工艺以总黄酮含量为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交设计进行优选试验,以总黄酮保留率为指标,优选减压浓缩、真空干燥的条件.结果:最佳提取工艺为浸泡30 min,加水煎煮2次,第1次10倍量2 h,第2次8倍量1.5 h;浓缩与干燥的最优条件为60 ℃,-0.08--0....

Abstract:Objective: to optimize the feed ze flooding fat pill extracting,concentration,the drying process.Methods: extraction technology to the flavonoids content for the evaluation index,the L9(34) orthogonal design optimization experiment,BaoLiuLv for index,optimizing flavonoids pressure concentration,vacuum drying conditions.Results: the best extraction technology for soak 30 min,boiling water for 2 times,the first time 10 times the amount,the first 2 times 2 h eight times quantity 1.5h;The optimal concentrated and dry conditions for the 60 ℃,-0.08-0.09 Mpa.Conclusion: the method is simple,reliable and stable quality.
